Meet Jenn
… a passionate, friendly green thumb from the state of Minnesota.. With over a decade of experience, she has cultivated her skills and knowledge in the art of gardening, specializing in backyard vegetable gardens.
For the past 8 years, Jenn's been tending to her backyard garden, where she grows a bounty of delicious homegrown treats. But 3 years before that, she started out with gardening with containers. She wanted to see just how much food she could grow in a small space. And boy, did she get hooked!
Every year, Jenn eagerly dives into expanding her gardening knowledge. She loves trying new methods and digging into fresh techniques, always sharpening her skills to make her garden thrive. It's her dedication that's turned her modest beginnings into a full-blown veggie oasis.
Starting with a single garden bed using the Square Foot Gardening (SFG) method, Jenn has added new beds in subsequent years to now include four separate beds: a 17x4 bed, a 7x7 bed, a 3x3 bed, and a 4x8 bed. These beds burst with a variety of crops Jenn successfully grows year after year. Plus, she's still a big fan of container gardening, so you'll spot plenty of pots in her garden, adding to her growing options.
Jenn’s unwavering commitment to gardening has not only become a joyful hobby but has also rewarded her with a vast knowledge of growing her favorite veggies in the short season that MN offers . Her eagerness to share her knowledge and passion has inspired her to help others learn how to start their own garden and produce delicious veggies of their own.
