Week One. (first 5 days) You will FOCUS on The FUNDAMENTALS. You will establish your goals for the days ahead and explore tools and resources for mind+body awareness.
Week Two. (days 6-10) This week is all about FOOD and FITNESS. You will learn kitchen tips and will get awesome resources to help you stay on track with your goals.
Week Three. (days 11-15) You will DIVE DEEPER into areas of your life that need a little TLC (tips for managing occasional stress, freeing yourself of toxins in your home, and even working on your relationships).
Q. How do I access all of the lessons?
A. You get access to the entire program the moment you got sign up! Look in your email for a link to create a login. We recommend that you set a reminder on your phone so that you can come back here daily to take a look at the new lesson.
Q. How much time will this take out of my day?
A. Each lesson will offer a suggestion for making small daily shifts in your life. Some days will take a few minutes; some will require a little more time. If a little more time is required than you have on a certain day, just save it for another day, but in order to receive the maximum benefit from this program, be sure to complete it within the 3 weeks and without building up a backlog of more than a day or two.
It is also recommended that you spend 5-10 minutes each day to complete a small journal assignment that corresponds to each day's task.
